Brush Up Your Sentiments

We always love having new word stamps! They can really brighten and change up a card even if you’re using a well-loved flower or background, and these new sentiments can really take the card to the next level! They have big open spaces that allow for doodling, coloring, painting, stenciling, paper piecing, and so much more! We know you’re going to love our new Great Big Greetings!! They’re available wood mounted or on Stampendous Cling Rubber!

A Season of Thanks!

Season of Thanks banner

While things are still spooking away over on our 31 Days of Halloween page, we are ready to give thanks this month for all the wonderful blessings in our lives. American Thanksgiving is such an awesome holiday, because it’s so important to live with an “attitude of gratitude” and appreciate all the wonderful things we have every day. We like to focus on our blessings, here at Stampendous, and we know you do, too!

Our banner this week features those adorable meeces. Stuffing themselves with that favorite of all deserts, pumpkin pie! To win a stamp of these adorable mice, tell us how you like your pumpkin pie… whipped cream or no? whipped pie or no? warm? cold? or just no?! We’ll choose three winners on Friday from our blog comments all week! Remember, U.S. mailing addresses only (yes, territories count) and our Official Rules all live here – Official Rules

Our team will be sharing all week, but here are some samples from last year that feature this adorable stamp:

Sharing today from the Stampendous Design Team… go leave some love for :

*Use the Little Extras

“Hello, Stampendous fans!  Today I have a clean and simple card to share with you.  Do you ever look at your stamp sets and notice all the little ‘extra’ stamps that are included with the set.  I think we often purchase a set for the focal images, and then forget to use those little ones that we get with them!  For this card, I decided to focus on the little extras in this stamp set and I LOVE it!  I will be reaching for these tiny flowers over and over again!”  – Jennifer J Ingle

Thank You DAHLIng!

Say “Thank You” to your darling friend with a Dahlia card! That would be a DAHLing friend. Another hybrid. Suzanne, you’re on a roll. Yesterday’s Hydrangium (hydrangea/geranium) and today DAHLing friend (Dahlia/darling). Alright, I admit, the DAHLing thing wasn’t Suzanne’s doing. Just thought I’d add to the whole hybrid thing she started yesterday.

Beautiful card Suzanne. Thank You for sharing it with all of us.

“I can’t get enough of the jumbo flowers. This time I stamped the Dahlia over pattern paper to allow the ledger to show through and add texture.  I used an unusual color palette to provide a little fun color to my card.”  – Suzanne Czosek

Gift of Joy by Melinda Gleissner

“This beautiful Stampendous Cling Blossom Spray Stamp reminds me of my next door neighbor’s garden. Jann’s garden is one of the nicest I have ever seen with walkways and benches, constant color and beauty. I know it gives her great joy working in her flower beds. I also know it gives everyone who passes by joy just by soaking in its beauty. And then they get to my house. A flat of dead geraniums still sits dry and crunchy on my stoop, all of my good intentions of planting gone. My garden is sad. My roses have black spot, my hydrangeas never bloomed. Whether it was the heat or the rain or the blues, I just haven’t felt like gardening this year. The amazing thing about it is I am not only blessed with my neighbor’s beautiful garden, I am blessed with a beautiful neighbor.  Jann always comments on how pretty my lone blooming flower is and she is sincere. She always knows when I’m blue and invites me out for coffee (I think she can gage how I’m feeling based on my flower beds). She is the most warm-hearted person I know, always putting others first. She exudes beauty. I made this card for Jann as a way of saying thanks for caring and being my neighbor.” – Blog Star Melinda Gleissner
