Have you ever played with the “Zero Drawing” technique, made popular by Marie Browning? You sand some graphite to create a dust that you daub over your paper until covered. Then you use erasers to remove graphite from areas to create a design. Sort of the reverse of how you would normally create. Once you have the graphite all over your paper, and your various sizes of erasers in your hand…then what? What if you’re not the type that feels comfortable doing your own design-work, or you need a bit of a nudge to get going? This is where Dreamweaver Stencils are your new friend! First of all, here’s the video that tutorial that Fran Seiford, Chief Creative Officer for Stampendous, and new owner of Dreamweaver Stencils, has created to show just how perfect this technique is with our stencil designs…
How fun would this be with these stencil designs shown here?
Maybe you’ll see those designs used in the posts below! Oh, and don’t forget to return for our Stampendous and Tombow blog hop, this Friday – Sunday, September 18 – 20!
What a wonderful bunch of talent you have here! Such beautiful creations from all.

I haven’t tried the coloring technique shown on several of the posts. It’s on my list of things to try. With several ladies using it I think I have a much clearer idea of how to do it successfully.
