Feeling in the mood for some heavy metal? For today’s posting for Dreamweaver Double Days, we have an awesome tutorial from Dreamweaver Stencil’s Founder, Lynell Harlow, demonstrating the use of stencils with metal…specifically aluminum, which can be purchased in a variety of colors. Following the video, we’ve posted two samples by team members demonstrating two ways to use the techniques mentioned.

I’ve been looking for a an embossable metal sheet that isn’t as flimsy as the majority on the market so I can do jewelry, too. This one seems to be what I’ve been looking for. Hooray! Thanks for the tip!!! Gorgeous projects!

Add a Little Dazzle and Walnut Hollow have some really awesome metal sheets for embossing. ALD is a little more expensive but they have the larger sheets that you can get more mileage out of. Hope this helps!
