Cool Penguin Ugly Sweater Banner

Hello Everyone, we hope your Holidays were fantastic. We’ve been working hard to launch our new January Catalog (the biggest one of the year) and to get ready for the industry’s biggest trade show Creativation!

But we didn’t forget that we left our penguins in their ugly sweaters waiting on the edge of their icebergs to see who won the contest!

First, the poll for top sweater designer! We’re glad we made you vote, because we could never have chosen just one of these sweaters. The winner, with 25 of the 76 votes (whew) was clear – Diane Williams – Her Take 2 Ugly Sweaters was the champ (we suspect it was the reindeer sweater that did it) – Here’s her original blog post if you want to visit the winner –

So we haven’t forgotten, never you fear. The time to vote on sweaters is here! Our cute Cool Penguin has been sporting “ugly” sweaters by some of our favorite designers on their blogs and ours for the last couple weeks. Now it’s time to vote. Your comments on the blog posts will enter you in a drawing to win one of these cute sets. Your votes on the cards will determine which designer gets a cool $50 in Stampendous product.

Our Ugly Sweater contest is fully underway and the designers have outdone themselves. We have another crop for you today. The Stampendous Cool Penguin clear stamps and dies set comes with a darling little sweater you can stamp and decorate for one penguin or more. But the sweaters are SO cute! We sent the set to several designers to see what they’d come up with, and the results have been fantastic. Today we have a couple of darling cards from Judi Kauffman who designs classes and blog projects for The Queen’s Ink. She had WAAAYY too much fun with the sweater in this set. Apparently that darling penguin is just a bonus!

We don’t know who decided holiday sweaters were “ugly”, but we have to disagree, we’re seeing some of the cutest projects ever this week!
