Meadows Edge and Meadow Edgers

Our new January 2019 Catalog is full of great innovation from Fran for making interactive, 3D cards that are simple and fun to create. You loved our WindowRama Die Set, and the next step is the Meadows Edge and Meadow Edgers sets.

SSC1294 Meadows Edge Perfectly Clear Stamps contain a ton of elements, 16 clear stamps, that can create all types of scenic backgrounds when stamped and colored in different combinations. From cactus and mesas to fields of flowers or sand, you can have a cottage at the beach or a mountain hideaway with these great stamps.  (You can click on the pictures to be taken to products or projects on our website).

They coordinate perfectly with so many of our other stamps, as well as with the WindowRama for perfect backgrounds.

Or take it a step farther with the Meadow Edgers Cutting Die Set. This set of 7 dies is designed to cut right along the edge of the different Meadows Edge stamps to create 3D looks easily without fussy cutting.

Use them with the stamps to create intricate or simple layered backgrounds.

You can also use them without the stamps to add some cutting flair to your backgrounds using colored or patterned paper.

Stampendous and Graphic 45 Papers Blog Hop Finale

Our adventure beneath the sea is almost over with one last hop with our designers. We are just crazy over Graphic 45 Papers and how much fun it is to design with the new Stampendous release and their sea paper collection.

We introduced our newest siren stamp in Mermaid Friends, a set of majestic vessel stamps in the Sailboats set and today’s highlight is a fabulous collection of seashell stamps to design an your own ocean reef, plus a free stencil to design a seaweed and coral backdrop. Each shell has a matching die that easily cuts out the image right around the edge.

Exploring the Majestic Sea

We are sailing through our hop with Graphic 45 Papers and their Voyage Beneath the Sea Paper Collection with some fantastic projects from the design team. If you missed our first post on Monday, jump back to see all those great projects too.

Today we take a peek at the new Sailboat Cling Stamps Set and coordinating dies that include great images for beautiful water horizons scenes or combine them with the images from Mermaid Friends Cling Stamps Set for some fishy fun projects. The free stencil that is included in the Stamp Set package adds a fun element with its stylized waves pattern to larger areas of a project or as a subtle background to the waves stamp in the set. So many great possibilities.

The Small Business Saturday movement has been growing. It celebrates small businesses in your town that contribute taxes, fun and community to the places you live. Scenic Lookout – Take a Shopping Break!

If you’re out shopping today, or just relaxing at home with family or friends, we hope you can take a short break to check out some fun inspiration from our Design Team! We’re in Simply Cards & Papercraft Magazine!

How exciting! The major UK publication, Simply Cards & Papercraft, published an article about Fran’s Painting with Powder Technique!! Step-by-step, it teaches you how to become an impressionist painter by using embossing powder, with photos of each step and a list of the needed materials. They teach how to make 5 cards and 3 other projects, all that are great for gifts. Once you master these you’ll be ready to paint with powder on everything! Even canvas to make actual wall artwork!
