Stampendous and Tombow USA Hop – Day 1

We are delighted to be hopping with Tombow USA and their design team again. For the next few days both teams will be using our new Stencil Duo Sets with Tombow USA adhesives! Double the Fun With Stencils

Each Stencil Duo set contains 2 coordinating metal stencils 3-3/4” X 3-3/4”, one 0.3mm black micron pen, and 6 blank folded white greeting cards. The set has everything you need to successfully start doodling and stentangling right out of the package.

A Stirring Duo At Stampendous

It’s a new week with an exciting new product line to highlight from our January release! The Stencil Duo Sets designed by Fran Seiford come with complementing metal stencils, a micron pen for doodling and a set of blank cards to begin projects right out of the packaging.

Our design team will be sharing these fabulous sets with new projects during the week and into a weekend hop with the folks at Tombow USA where there will be more inspiring projects using them as well. We are excited to see all the creativity from both teams.

PenPatterns Starter

Need a little doodle starter? We have just what you need!

Our PenPattern line of stamps are just the ticket to have some fun doodling into a fun stamped shapes. These stamps have sections already built into them so all there is left to do is fill them up with fun little doodles. It’s possible to continue doodling with the swirls and dashes around the edges of the stamps so there is no end to your doodle starter stamped image.

You can see how easy it is to create the doodles inside of the lines of these images by looking at some great projects by Kristine Reynolds. This first project uses the PenPattern Conch Stamp where Kristine added so many fun doodles to the curves of the shell.

Another fantastic sample by Kristine is this Artist Trading Block from our hop with Eileen Hull and the Inspiration Team. Kristine uses PenPattern Flutter and some simple zentangle motifs to fill it in quickly. On two more sides of the block you’ll find PenPattern Petal and each petal has some sweet additions. You can see in the photo that the petals have small sweet flowers on them with some simple rippling lines in the flowers center to doodlie doo these images to a new level.
A super cool anniversary card is created with the PenPattern Cake stamp and Penned Anniversary to share the best wishes for another year together. The PenPattern Cake looks like a dream of a cake!

Want to doodle a PenPattern Snowman?

These PenPattern stamps for the holidays are a great way to sneak in some hand-eye coordination with your children over the holidays. The pattern is already started in the stamp image and the challenge is to repeat them in the rest of the snowman. The children aren’t the only ones that can have fun. Join in with them and doodle to de-stress!

PenPattern – Fun to Doodle/Color!

This week our wonderful Design Team have been featuring our PenPattern designs on their blogs. These simple designs have large, open areas for you to doodle in and color. They’re fun images to use with kids, and charming enough for any greeting! Of course they’re all available in wood mounted or Cling Rubber.

Here are a few of our favorites:

Love the way Lea took the time to doodle tiny shapes into the sections of our PenPattern Turtle. It adds such texture and life to him! Notice the cool Micro Glitter on the glue dot bubbles! Awesome!

Another quick one by Lea Kimmel, the alternating of doodling and coloring on the PenPattern Fish is so fun! Plus we love that she left some sections just black and white! The quick coloring time left her time to add bubbles, Color Fragments, and fancy ribbons to really complete the underwater look!

Tenia Nelson adopted this easy color book style for our PenPattern House. The bright, fun colors make it a delightful card for any age!

Finally, in a really simple card, Fran Seiford took some of our terrific papers made from our Creative Palette and just stamped the PenPattern Heart in different areas. It was a cinch to cut out the pieces and layer!
