Birthday Mail Campaign

DOSomething.org is a new website inviting folks to participate in a huge variety of activities to give back to their communities. They post women’s issues, pets available for adoption, and so much more. Now they’ve started a trend that Stampendous can really get behind!  Birthday Mail is a campaign running from July 30 – October 11, 2013 to collect handmade birthday cards at homeless shelters to help homeless children celebrate their birthdays! We were so excited about this idea that we immediately popped a pile of cards in a priority mail envelope and sent it off! We love handmade birthday cards and think everyone deserves one! We know you do, too.

Make some cards and share them! Make them with friends, make them with your children, make them with your church or school group! DOSomething.org will award one lucky card maker a $4,000 scholarship, but that’s just a bonus!  The real joy will come from sharing your talent with others!

We’re so excited when folks use our products. Several of our Design Team Alumni naturally have a sizeable Stampendous stash, so when they break it out to do something special it always warms our hearts. Our DT is such a big, happy family, that it’s like having your daughter come home from college for the weekend when one of our gals plays with some of our goodies. Hopping Through the Wee Scapes!

We are so glad we stopped by the Simi Creative booth at CHA in July and discovered Wee Scapes! Our designers have had an amazing time playing with these products and combining them with Stampendous images for fun projects, little worlds, cards, and scrapbook pages. We hope you’ll take the time to check out a local retailer of Wee Scapes and add some “model magic” to your creations. One of the most amazing things about these products is that they can be tinted or colored with almost any coloring medium, and they can be cut to size with just regular scissors. They are a breeze to work with!

We Escape to Wee Scapes

Ever want to create your own fantasy spot for a little bit of escape? Our stamped images do, so our Design Team have created some tiny Wee Scapes worlds for them to live in. These terrific products from Simi Creative are designed for Architectural Models, Model Railroaders, and even school kids just dying to build a scale model of their local courthouse for their 5th period Social Studies Class.

But if you had some left over… and you were a scrapbooker or cardmaker… and your child (or architect, or model railroad aficionado) weren’t looking…. you could make something unbelievably cool! And you could do it with Stampendous Rubber Stamps and Essentials! These designers did:
