Hi there! It’s Tobi here and today I’m celebrating my favourite time of year: AUTUMN, and my absolute fav thing is watching the leaves turn from green to orange, red, yellow and all the shades in between. I think it’s a fun challenge to colour turning leaves with Copic markers. There are many different combos you could play around with, but today I went with the green/orange combo. Check it out:

I coloured Leaf Girl Kiddo with Copics and left the leaves ’till last.
As you can see here, I started with the greens then went to orange.
Just a little tip: if you’re combining two colours that don’t really go together (green and orange, for example), they should be a light marker. Dark markers will just push against each other and will be stubborn – but light markers will blend nicely!
So once I added the dark orange on the tips of the leaves I had to blend it out a little with the light orange.
All done!
Pretty fun, right?! Thanks for joining me today!

Leaf Kiddos are “Leafing” Summer Behind

Our new Leaf Girl Kiddo and Leaf Boy Kiddo stamps are so cute, you’ll want both to create fun and festive cards for fall, back to school, and autumn fun scrapbook pages! They’re perfect for our September Challenge – Fall Fun!  These two great images are available in wood mounted and Cling Rubber™ options.

Our Cling Rubber™ has a cling vinyl label with the image printed full-sized for easy positioning and extra vinyl around the image to securely adhere to your acrylic handle and to give you a convenient handle for removing the stamp from the block.  When you get our cling stamps, simply bend the stiff acetate packaging at the corner and separate it from the cling label. Be sure to save the acetate so you can store your stamp and keep it free from glitter, embossing powder, dust, etc.  Here’s a quick video to show you how they work:

They’re just so cute, you’ll want them both!
