We love to be ready with a gift and sometimes those last minute ones are hard to wrap, but we have a handy solution. Download and print our pillow box template HERE on cardstock, grab some stamps and coloring medium and create a festively wrapped gift in no time.
Add your own style to gift bags whether they are brand new of upcycled. It seems a bag is available that can get a little jolly update for gift giving.
Of course, we hope your last minute gift wrapping isn’t too overwhelming. House-Mouse Monica relates if it is stacking up to Gifts Galore.
Now let’s see more wrapped up inspiration from our designers today –
It’s looking a lot like Easter around our blog this week. We are paging through our October 2014 and January 2015 catalogs on a hunt for Easter themed products. Today, we have three themed stamps that tilt the cute meter to oh-and-ah level.
If you are looking for a sweet treat this season, here’s our zero calorie cupcake! We love bunnies for Easter and this one is oh-so-cute!
The cute factor rises with Just Hatched and it’s sweet wobbly first step into spring.
These two stamps were used on a delightful painted wood box by artist consultant and decorative painter, Debbie Cole. She’s makes the most amazing projects with our stamps, we love the results!
This project has all the supplies and instructions available on our website, click on the link below each picture to find out more.
If it’s a table set for Easter there should be an Egg Cup involved in the place setting. We’re certain that ours will not only fit right in, but we’ve got a quick and great idea to go with it!
This sweet little project by Janelle are hand cut around the image with a 3/8″ strip of paper left on each side of the base to form a real egg holder for table decor. A great little project that can be done ahead and names added onto the egg or save the coloring for your children or grandchildren with a few crayons sitting nearby. What a fun Easter tradition to start with your family.
Oh, we’re so egg-cited to send you on a hunt for more Easter projects and we just happen to have a a great list of designer blogs for you to visit today. Enjoy!
Here’s a bright and beautiful Family Home card to start off your weekend with a smile. Tenia Nelson is super talented at creating these fun and stylish quick cards and it seems we say this again and again, but it bears repeating every time that she rocks this style!
A quick stamp and trim from some premade monoprint paper and you could have a quick welcome home gift for those new or retuning neighbors just as Janelle Stollfus created with this small favor box.
Let’s see what these designers have created with the Family Home set.
Our set of teacups as eclectic individuals as they are stack up nicely together. The Teacup Trio Stamp is perfect for invitations to friends, or a scrapbook page about the tea lover in your life, but let’s not forget the tea lover themselves!
If you’ve ever wondered what to gift the tea lover who has everything, what about a stamped and hand painted tea box! Artist Consultant Debbie Cole created this amazing project, perfect for storing all those special items for taking tea. If you must know she’s created a list of supplies and instructions to demystify the box to make one of your very own. Just click on the picture or caption to hop on over to our website Projects page.
A top view of the painted lid and the lid is not covered with pattern paper, that’s our Rose Pattern Background stamp.
Oh and the beauty doesn’t end with Debbie’s project. Check out today’s projects from a few of our designers.
“Has this ever happened to you? You make fun things in your craft room and then realize that you either don’t need it or you have to make something else to go with it. Well, it happened to me. A few weeks ago I made these matching sets of kraft Stampendous cards and a business associate of mine saw them on my blog and wanted to buy them all and then some. Just as I was about to deliver those cards, I realize that all those trims and die cuts did not fit into a regular envelope. I didn’t want to just throw them into a large brown envelope with the cards rattling around inside so here I am again making a gift box so my cards would fit in something to present to my customer – talk about an escalation of commitment. I sure hope I don’t end up making a bag to fit the box in.” – Stephanie Lee
1) Create a box bottom the size of your largest card; mine was 6”(L) x 4.5”(W) x 1”(D)
2) Cut out a sheet of card stock that wraps around the box with a 0.5” edge beyond the box base.(mine was 7”(L) x 11” (W); scoring the width at 5” and 6”). Adhere to the box base and box depth.
3) Distress a cream card stock with coffee stains (randomly misting water onto coffee powder sprinkled on card stock). Fran•táge with a random mixture of mica flakes and glitter. Mat with dark brown card stock. Adhere twine to box, wrapping around to form a closure from front to back.
4) Stamp bird on kraft card stock and emboss with embossing powder. Distress edge with deckling scissors and distressed ink. Add glitter and stickles to bird body and crown.
5) Adhere finished bird image to box front and finishing with more mica flakes to frame the image.
Our Blog star used our Stampendous Bird Post stamp to make this cute gift box to hold treats, a gift card, or even plane tickets. I’d sure like some tickets to Hawaii! (hint, hint) Well, it was worth a try :).
It’s a great way to personalize your gifts! Nice job JIngle girl!
