Today we want to share another amazing sample with our Winter White Cling Stamps and Cutting Dies Set. Snowflakes are always among our most popular choices, and when they have matching dies you can just cut out a flurry of them for some really great projects.

We use only Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L’s 3D Foam Adhesive Squares for popping up our elements here at Stampendous. They very generously supply them to us for all of our Store Display boards and we’re super grateful for their generosity! Here, Fran used them to pop up some new snowflakes over a gorgeous alcohol ink background by Jennifer Dove. Jennifer airbrushed a glossy white card with Copic Markers then spritzed it with Copic Blending Solution in a spray bottle. You can do this same technique with watercolors spritzed with water, or alcohol inks sprayed directly on the card. The perfect spot for your greeting may vary, so your cards will be different, just like snowflakes. Create your backgrounds a whole sheet at time and cut up for your cards. We’ve been swimming with mermaids this week in our Part of Your World 1 series. Be sure to join us next week for Part of Your World 2: Under the Sea!

Today we’re sharing one of our most popular stamps of all time! Our Mermaid stamp has been with us since January 2011, and she’s still one of our best sellers.

She’s been featured in some of the biggest craft stores, like Michaels and JoAnn Fabrics, and she’s been offered by most of our independent retailers as well. She’s been the focus of tons of wonderful projects like the ones below: (click on them to make them larger)

Winter and Christmas Card Making

Today is Winter and Christmas card making day here on our blog with six All in One stamps to see! Christmas is the biggest season for card giving and if you have made your cards before you know that it can be a time consuming task.

Room For Some Outdoor Fun!

When it’s picnic time there is room for outdoor fun and we’ve captured a few goodies from our summer style stamps today to share with you. If you have never been in a tree swing you should really try it out! It’s okay, it’s for kids of all ages and even safe when you use our stamp to create a fun card or scrapbook page.

There’s just something about a swing that makes the day seem care-free and perfect, just like this simple birthday card made by Janelle Stollfus a few years ago with Tree Swing (and retired set, Who’s Counting Perfectly Clear Stamp Set).

When the wind picks up it’s time to grab a kite and see how far along the skyline it will go. Surprisingly it doesn’t take much wind to bring Itty Bit along in the kite’s flight path with this next stamp.

Product Theme for Making Art

This has been a great week of making art, seeing how the design team from Spectrum Noir and our own talented team have created such a great variety of projects. Did you notice our theme week House-Mouse Designs® appear here and there? The gallery for this theme has grown and included here on this post, but first let’s take a look at the stamps that were the inspiration for this theme week.

Isn’t the image of this stamp the truth! Once we start stamping it’s likely to turn into a repeatable moment! House-Mouse Monica has turned into an avid stamper with this paw print stamp.

I always thought there was a special touch to flowers that made them so beautiful and now I’m thinking it’s all because Maxwell has a paintbrush and paint well.

Oh dear, a painting mishap between a paintbrush and tail! This adorable stamp is perfect to send an encouraging message, apology or to scrapbook those messy painting sessions of your children.

Do you decorate with colored vinegar water ? Use glue and glitter? Or maybe favor the HappyHoppers way of decorated eggs for Easter? We believe these must be the cutest way to enjoy decorated eggs.
