This week we’re celebrating those cool Elements that make our holiday cards so exciting. And we’re offering a special shout out to our newest family favorite, Twinkle Glitter!
Fran’s Glitzy Adhesive Technique and Encrusted Adhesive Technique are perfect for making a glittering area of bling behind any focal point layer. They’re super easy to do! Just apply a layer of our Sticky Panels, adhere your focal point on the adhesive area, then sprinkle your favorite blings on the remaining, exposed adhesive… Voila!! If you use embossing powder, you’ll want to heat it, but you can mix embossing enamels, glitters, mica, color fragments, glass glitter and more for some ultimate excitement. There are sooo many looks you can achieve!
As you can see, the Design Team has lots to share with you today!! Click below to see more of their great projects, some of them have more than one, because they posted on Wednesday as well! Leave everyone some love so we can enter you in the drawing to win a jar of Twinkle Glitter. (contest details are HERE from Monday). AND, in case this doesn’t give you enough to work on this weekend, here are some videos of Fran demonstrating this incredibly fun and easy technique.
Both Cling Rubber Stamp Sets come with a free template for masking the images or creating super cool backgrounds. You’ll love these gorgeous sets! Today, let’s look closer at our Poised Peacock.
The set has four stamps and a stencil that makes a great peacock feather background. The matching cutting dies cut right on the edge, with even the peacock feet cutting out perfectly. We evened the dies out around the edges of the feathers, so a little coloring “outside the lines” will produce easy-to-cut feathers that look amazing.
Fran has made a wonderful video sharing her samples with this great stamp set and dies.
Wanna win one?
We’ll give away one Poised Peacock Stamp Set and Cutting Dies and one Paisley Patterns Stamp Set and Cutting Dies (so two lucky winners) this week! Just leave us a comment telling us if you’ve ever seen a live peacock! Where? When? Was it just the coolest? We want to know! Or if you’re more Paisley than Peacock, tell us about your lifelong love affair with those irresistible patterns! U.S. Winners only – Official Rules.

New House-Mouse stamps are on our blog today and they are making a sweet impression for this week’s Oh, Baby! theme. Whether the mice are sitting pretty, in crib time or gathering in unexpected places, they are sure to stand out as the main focus on cards, announcements, and scrapbook pages.
Crib Time is a great image of when a few House-Mouse mice were babies and colored so beautifully by Kristine Reynolds
Monica and Amanda with a few small friends pass the time under a leafy branch during a rainfall and Janelle Stollfus has captured the mice beautifully on her card.
Our House-Mouse stamps come in either cling mount or wood mount for your crafting preferences and images are made from deeply etched and precision cut premium gray rubber. Stop by our website to see more mice adventures in baby booties, building blocks, measuring up, and more! Add a perfect saying or phrase from our Sentiments selection to finish your project off perfectly.
