We continue our 31 Days of Halloween Celebration today with another great project by Judi Kauffman, talented creator, designer and teacher. She frequently provides projects for the Queen’s Inkling Blog and teaches classes in the darling store The Queen’s Ink. She uses lots of Stampendous, and we’ve had a ton of fun getting to know her! She doesn’t have a blog, so we’re featuring her great Halloween projects here! We’ll have them up on our website with full instructions and supplies so you can create these great projects yourself. Look at these adorable tins for candy. They are Trader Joe’s mint tins converted for Halloween!
You can enter your great project here, by clicking on the link below. We’ll draw random winners each week to receive some wonderful Stampendous Halloween stamps. Winners must have a U.S. Mailing address, but we’d love to see projects from everyone!
If you folks could drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your U.S. Mailing Address, I’ll be able to get those stamps right out to you!
This week’s prize will be the Halloween Labels Cling Stamps and Die Set that we featured earlier in the week. We’ll post a winner on Friday so that we can get your stamps out as well, so keep commenting. We’re counting all the comments from our 31 Days of Halloween Page and any of our posts. Our Official Contest Rules are always HERE.
So on to Halloween!! Today we want to share with you some of our terrific Perfectly Clear Stamps for Spooky Fun!
Here’s this year’s haunting selection –
Last, but not least, here’s a set that can take you from Halloween right on in to Thanksgiving and Fall!
Each of these fantastic sets is made in the USA from the finest photopolymer. The sets are 4″ X 6″ and the stamps remove easily and cling effortlessly to an acrylic stamp handle. Plus we have TONS of inspiration for you. Click on the stamp sets above to be taken to our website where we have projects with full supplies and instructions.
This week’s Sketch Challenge is to make a creative gift item using Stampendous products. Here are a few more great handmade present ideas created by our Design Team. Use them as inspiration or make them to treat your loved ones this holiday season! And don’t forget to submit your Sketch Challenge gifts by tomorrow at noon PST for your chance to win Stampendous goodies.
This week’s challenge is brought to you by the Scrappy Chick, Cyndi B. She came up the the delicious idea to do a “recipe” sketch. And that isn’t what you’d think it would be. You’re not expected to make recipe cards. A recipe sketch challenge is where we give you a list of things you need to include in your card or scrapbook page. For this challenge, we’d like you to use:
the color black
some glitter (or bling)
Pretty simple, right? It doesn’t have to be Halloween theme. The Design Team members just made their samples Halloween themed because we’re in the beginning of the spooky season right now.
Michelle! This fun and playful everyday card is absolutely adorable! She stamped the images with the Flower Chat Perfectly Clear Stamp Set. We love the cheery color palette and embellishments!
Also, congratulations to Carol! She stamped this stylish card that would surely bring a smile to anyone’s face. She used our NEW Thinking Bouquet Perfectly Clear Stamps Set, which you can find at your local store supplying Stampendous stamps. It will be available on our website soon!
Jenn Dove came up with the idea to do a monochromatic design for this week’s sketch challenge! That means that you can make a card or scrapbook page using one color of your choosing and any gradations of that color. Her example is this sweet and simple black and white card using our NEW Yule Penguin Perfectly Clear Stamps.
We’d like to congratulate last week’s challenge winners, Carol and Regla! The challenge was to use an Autumn color palette. Carol’s cheery card was made using the ever-so-popular Ruffled Bloom stamp, which come in Cling Rubber, too!
Regla designed a card with a wily Fluffles falling into a pile of leaves. She used the Fluffles Leap stamp. And if you think this card couldn’t get any cuter, the inside says “happy fall”:
We will be sending them a fun Stampendous surprise in the mail! You could be one of the lucky winners this week! So get out your stash and make something beautiful with Stampendous products. Post your creation to your blog, website, or in any public forum like Paper Craft Planet.com, Splitcoast Stampers.com, Stamp Shack.com or others. Copy the link to your card and paste it into the comment section of this blog post. Find out more information by clicking on the “Sketch Challenge Rules” link at the top of this blog.
