Room For Some Outdoor Fun!

When it’s picnic time there is room for outdoor fun and we’ve captured a few goodies from our summer style stamps today to share with you. If you have never been in a tree swing you should really try it out! It’s okay, it’s for kids of all ages and even safe when you use our stamp to create a fun card or scrapbook page.

P121 Tree Swing Wood Mount Stamp

There’s just something about a swing that makes the day seem care-free and perfect, just like this simple birthday card made by Janelle Stollfus a few years ago with Tree Swing (and retired set, Who’s Counting Perfectly Clear Stamp Set).

When the wind picks up it’s time to grab a kite and see how far along the skyline it will go. Surprisingly it doesn’t take much wind to bring Itty Bit along in the kite’s flight path with this next stamp.

HHW01 Hopper High Wood Mount Stamp

Color instructor and team alumni, Jennifer Dove, created a moving design with Hopper High and sentiment from Hope Verses Perfectly Clear™ Stamps. That sky is just incredible, don’t you think?

Pebble has it all planned out with a fabulous Hammock Nap and definitely making progress with the plan. What else is there to do after filling your tummy from a picnic spread?

HGRR02 Hammock Nap Wood Mount Nap

This delightful sunflower color card is sprinkled with sun-rays with all the great yellow elements. Debi Hammons has it all set up for Pebbles and tied it with a bow. Instructions are available on our website for most of the samples we share, check out this one here.

That was a fun walk through some previously released stamps and a treasured look at some of our favorite activities outdoor. Still curious about more summer style stamps? Look for the summer stamp category on our website HERE.

Now these designers are waiting to share their projects from our April 2015 Catalog and I’m sure you’ll love their spin on the picnic fun theme.

Product Theme for Making Art

This has been a great week of making art, seeing how the design team from Spectrum Noir and our own talented team have created such a great variety of projects. Did you notice our theme week House-Mouse Designs® appear here and there? The gallery for this theme has grown and included here on this post, but first let’s take a look at the stamps that were the inspiration for this theme week.

Isn’t the image of this stamp the truth! Once we start stamping it’s likely to turn into a repeatable moment! House-Mouse Monica has turned into an avid stamper with this paw print stamp.

Making Prints

I always thought there was a special touch to flowers that made them so beautiful and now I’m thinking it’s all because Maxwell has a paintbrush and paint well.

Painted Pansies

Oh dear, a painting mishap between a paintbrush and tail! This adorable stamp is perfect to send an encouraging message, apology or to scrapbook those messy painting sessions of your children.

Painting Pals

Now for the gallery!

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful inspiring weekend!

Making Art with Friends

You might have noticed we are making art with House-Mouse Designs and our friends at Spectrum Noir this week. Still we are gathering up our artsy mice and sharing them here in a neat little gallery. You can click on any caption to take you either the designer’s blog or a project page on our website for supplies and instructions to create one like it.

Come back tomorrow with more hopping with Spectrum Noir!

Decorated Eggs

Do you decorate with colored vinegar water ? Use glue and glitter? Or maybe favor the HappyHoppers way of decorated eggs for Easter? We believe these must be the cutest way to enjoy decorated eggs.

Easter Bunny Rubber Stamp

Jennifer Dove paints outside the lines using ribbon on this fun card with Itty Bit applying the details to Hop It’s Easter Bunny costume.

Hop-It, Bumble, and Itty Bit are getting accustomed to their wobbly costumes and are prepared to parade across the next project that comes along for Easter.

Easter Hares Rubber Stamp

When all the decorating is done one can get a wee bit tired. Depending on how big the egg is and how small the artist it could leave you so tired your asleep before you know it like Monica here has taken to the top of her creation.

Easter Egg Nap Rubber Stamp

Jennie Lin Black’s talent with color is remarkable on this shaped card.

Easter Eggs, Bunny Cakes and Decorate the Table

It’s looking a lot like Easter around our blog this week. We are paging through our October 2014 and January 2015 catalogs on a hunt for Easter themed products. Today, we have three themed stamps that tilt the cute meter to oh-and-ah level.

If you are looking for a sweet treat this season, here’s our zero calorie cupcake! We love bunnies for Easter and this one is oh-so-cute!

Easter Cupcake Rubber Stamp

The cute factor rises with Just Hatched and it’s sweet wobbly first step into spring.

Just Hatched Rubber Stamp

These two stamps were used on a delightful painted wood box by artist consultant and decorative painter, Debbie Cole.  She’s makes the most amazing projects with our stamps, we love the results!

This project has all the supplies and instructions available on our website, click on the link below each picture to find out more.

If it’s a table set for Easter there should be an Egg Cup involved in the place setting. We’re certain that ours will not only fit right in, but we’ve got a quick and great idea to go with it!

Egg Cup Rubber Stamp

This sweet little project by Janelle are hand cut around the image with a 3/8″ strip of paper left on each side of the base to form a real egg holder for table decor. A great little project that can be done ahead and names added onto the egg or save the coloring for your children or grandchildren with a few crayons sitting nearby. What a fun Easter tradition to start with your family.

Oh, we’re so egg-cited to send you on a hunt for more Easter projects and we just happen to have a a great list of designer blogs for you to visit today. Enjoy!

Stampendous fans are you ready for a cuddly week of feline love? We have three new kitties that will remind you of and entice you to color them as one your own kittens. Today we’ve got a sleepy little mouser possibly exhausted from the latest chase, but is certainly having sweet dreams perhaps of a successful second go.

Whispers of Love

Sharing the quiet moments of love couldn’t be more easy than with these two amazing House-Mouse Designs® images about small whispers of love. These tiny gestures of fondness are so cute and appropriate for our Be Mine theme week, that I can’t wait to share them.

Here’s the House-Mouse Designs® Be Mine stamp illustrated by Ellen Jareckie. Now I can see this image being used for anniversary, weddings, and scrapbook pages.

Be Mine Stamp

If you hopped earlier this week you might have seen this darling colored sample from Rhea Weigand and below it’s linked up to a supply list with instructions.

Tails Entwined stamp, also from House-Mouse Designs illustrator Ellen Jareckie, is squealing cute with spring. It’s the perfect little card for a new or old romance card.

Birdie Love, Be Mine

A very sweet friendship is afoot with Amanda Mouse and her springtime friend. It’s one more step towards spring when creatures are out to play like the two in this Birdie Kiss stamp. I think I’ll just say ADORABLE and leave it at that.

Birdie Kiss Stamp

It’s so great to see these stamp come to life with the touch of color and here Jennie Lin Black’s card has some fabulous color and flare.
