Here’s a fun project featuring our Cling Blossom Beauty plus our Cling Hydrangea Garden Set and the Hydrangea Garden Cutting Dies Set. This card was made previously by our in-house Sample Artist Debi Hammons. I was able to bling it up very quickly with the addition of just a few hydrangea blossoms cut from the gorgeous turquoise metal sheets. I stamped them with StazOn Ultramarine ink, die cut them with our Sizzix Big Shot, cut between the petals with scissors and crumpled them up a bit, then added some of our gorgeous Teal Micro Glitter with a drop of Zip Dry by Beacon Adhesives. Talk about adding a LOT of Dazzle!!

These beautiful collage stamps we’re featuring this week capture perfectly the Fran•táge style. Vintage, shabby chic, a bit timeworn and well-loved (or neglected), all these elements lend a charm and beauty to items and greetings. We’ve done the work for you with collages of vintage and original images combined with Fran’s flair for composition to create these gorgeous stamps. Each with a small space perfect for the greetings from our Quotes Perfectly Clear Stamps™ sets.
The design team has been sharing all week, and they’ve more to share today! Hope you’ve enjoyed the inspiration and might want to add a couple of these images to your collection!
Kristine Reynolds made this gorgeous card without a greeting! So festive and sweet with all the butterflies adding so much texture, and using the Encrusted Jewel Technique on the edges of her focal point!
Here’s some more inspiration from our terrific team!
This week our Design Team is playing with the beautiful butterfly stamps we released in April. These gorgeous images are already collaged for you. With enough area to be fun to color and enough background to save you heaps of time, they’re a super quick way to get a gloriously textured, layered card. You can cut out the butterfly from a second stamping to add depth, or simply stamp in black over your Creative Palette monoprints for a fast and easy card.
Come in wood mounted and Cling Rubber styles. Our Design Team have made fantastic samples of these great designs, and we’ll be sharing them all week. Here’s who is showing projects today:
Our Design Team is busily stamping projects for our October Catalog, due out in about a month. But they took a little time out this week to play with some products sent to us by Authentique™ Papers.
These gorgeous patterned papers for scrapbooking and crafting are just perfect for our October selection of Spring stamp images. But it turns out they’re great for lots of Stampendous Images! We’ll be showcasing the papers Authentique sent us in our October catalog and in a big Blog Hop in October. But we thought we’d give you a sneak peek of this terrific paper, and a chance to win some beautiful sheets of it plus a $20 Stampendous.com reward card this week! (Note: We’re just giving one prize this week.)
Hop on over to these Design Team Blogs and leave some love for your chance to win! Comment below on our blog, too. We also count those comments in our totals.
This week we’ve shown you how to use Stampendous Rubber Stamps to transfer a terrific pattern for painting. Did you know you can sell your projects made with our images? As long as you hand stamp each one, you can sell as many as you like of any kind of project anywhere you want. You can find our detailed Angel Policy on our website.
One of the terrific prizes is a Catalyst Wedge from Princeton Artist Brushes and inspired by Willow Wolfe. These wedges are terrific for using with our Creative Palette and DecoArt paints. In this video Stampendous owner Fran Seiford demonstrates how easy it is to make amazing backgrounds with these tools.
Wait until you see what our other artists have created!

We recently had a chance at the Society of Decorative Painters Convention in San Diego to meet with the folks at DecoArt and really gush over their products! There we met Susie Wolfe and we had a chance to catch her in action demonstrating our very own Stampendous Stack Art Stamps and DecoArt’s Media Fluid Acrylics! Susie showed us how easy it is to create mixed media surfaces with these terrific products.

Check out a video of Susie’s great idea for using the transparency of the new Media Fluid Acrylics to create a stunning color wash! –
Noreen Burgess of Just Us showed us how she uses the Stampendous Creative Palette as a practice pad for decorative painting strokes. Just one more way the Creative Palette makes it easier for painters to get to the fun parts of painting. She’s using a practice sheet created by herself and partner Helen Stadter of Just For You. These ladies hand paint each practice sheet and sell them at SDP events.
Here’s the corrected video showing Noreen demonstrating this great idea! –

Here’s a terrific project created by our Design Team Member Janelle Stollfus. She used “layers and layers” of paint on this plaque to get that incredibly deep background. She stamped the face on tissue and colored ahead of time to make application easy. The hair is ribbon and found items. LOVE IT!!

DecoArt creates so many fantastic paint products, our team was excited to try so many! We know you’ll be stunned when you see what these great products add to your stamping! When you combine them with Princeton Artist Brushes and Catalyst Wedges used on the Stampendous Creative Palette, well WOW!
While Debbie Cole, CDA is an expert at adding paint to your stamped creations, the real excitement happens when she shows Decorative Painters how to use stamps to minimize their prep time in astonishing ways! In fact, she’s made a series of five videos featuring the Stampendous Creative Palette and DecoArt paints. You can check them out on our YouTube channel here:
