Our team is having fun this week, making handmade paper with kits by Arnold Grummer’s. This is a new activity for some of our team members, and getting a little messy has been really, really fun. We also sent papermaking kits to some of our “guest” bloggers we’ve worked with before. We’re super excited to share with you today what Tina Smith from Cards and Coffee Time made! (click on her name or the picture!)

Tina also made a great video showing how much fun she had with handmade paper! Be sure to check it out. Our team will continue sharing through the 30th.
Stampendous’ new wild collection from our brand new April 2019 catalog will have you running through the jungle, swinging from the trees, and loping across the savannah with a great new crew of animal friends.
The adorable Lion comes with a fun, fern, circle window die for your WindowRama or other card types. It also includes a separate die for cutting out the lion’s face, and a bobble head die to make his face wobble on a cardstock spring. You can use this wobbler on any of our new animal friends. You’ll love playing with this fantastic set. Of course it comes with the lion stamp and cutting die, some wild grass, and a cute greeting! A complete set!

Hello Everyone, we hope your Holidays were fantastic. We’ve been working hard to launch our new January Catalog (the biggest one of the year) and to get ready for the industry’s biggest trade show Creativation!
But we didn’t forget that we left our penguins in their ugly sweaters waiting on the edge of their icebergs to see who won the contest!
First, the poll for top sweater designer! We’re glad we made you vote, because we could never have chosen just one of these sweaters. The winner, with 25 of the 76 votes (whew) was clear – Diane Williams – Her Take 2 Ugly Sweaters was the champ (we suspect it was the reindeer sweater that did it) – Here’s her original blog post if you want to visit the winner –
So, Diane, send us your wish list for $50 in Stampendous products (might want to check out the new catalog below or our website to make sure what you want is currently available). (email submissions@stampendous.com)
We also have three sets of Cool Penguin stamps and dies that will go to U.S. winners that commented on the various blogs from us and the participating designers. Here they are (also email to give us your mailing address!):
And a quick reminder – we dug through a lot of profiles to verify our winners have a U.S. mailing address. Adding at least your country to your blogger/google+/facebook/instagram/flickr/youtube profile, and to your comments, etc., would greatly increase your chances of winning.
Thank you so much for commenting and playing with us. We had a great time. There are still plenty of Winter weeks left in “sweater weather”, and we have lots of Cool Penguins in stock. Of course, it’s never too early to plan your next Christmas card. If you haven’t had enough sweaters, we discovered that Karen Hasheck’s link in our last post was incorrect (although it was correct in the polling area). Go check hers out!
If you made it this far, check out the new January Catalog. You’ll be seeing a lot of it in the coming months. You can click on the picture to view as a flippy book on issuu.com, download as a pdf to your computer, or even print your own in color. You can order a hard copy for yourself on our website – HERE
