Today’s cards are all absolutely adorable! As an adult I have only had one epic birthday that I mentioned earlier this week! As a child my best birthday was my 4th birthday! I received my beloved cat, Morris! I had him for many years until our neighbor, who disliked him, ran him over with his tractor right in front of me! I still cry thinking about it! 😢

Wish I was in Southern CA, but only to see my brother & you guys–haha! The card from my mom & dad when I turned 40 said “Some people say you’re over the hill, but you’re in the pink to us!” My wore only pink & although we didn’t know it then, it was my last birthday with her. I’ve never forgotten that card. And have to tell you a funny story: Quite a few years ago, hubby asked me to make a card for his co-worker’s BD–close to mine. He said she liked roses, just like me, & he choose one of my many rose stamps & told me the colors to use. Had to be done that night because he had to give it to her the next day before she went on vacation. I didn’t think it was my best card, but got it done. Next morning (my BD), there was a card for me & sure enough–it was the one I’d made! I laughed so hard–gave me a great start to my work day! I really love the balloon BD cards–always something so festive about balloons!

Love all the DT cards. My favorite of course is the House Mouse!! My epic birthday was when my husband surprised me with a romantic trip to Disney World. Yes, romantic and Disney World!. He had arranged a beautiful suite, the best dinner in the world. He has roses in our room when we arrived. We just had such a wonderful time!!

Another fun birthday: when I was in Jr High, I got to have a slumber party. We stayed up late, toilet papered a house, and just had a ball.

Congrats Michelle. My second memorable surprise birthday was my 50th. My church stamping group held a surprise birthday party for me at our regular meeting with lots of little crafty gifts and goodies.

Every birthday is special. I’ve had 76 and on the way to 77 in August.
I feel blessed that I’ve had so many and continue to be healthy and happy
