  1. Birthdays are probably my most favourite cards to make and as I sell them to raise funds for a local animal rescue society (Gozo SPCA) they are the ones in most demand. I have just made a birthday card using a super cute House Mouse ‘Party Peeking’ stamp which you can see here 😉

I have also just bought the Birthday Chic stamp featured at the top of your post and will be back with a card made with that one soon 😉

  2. This year my birthday is very special (July 12) because I have all my children together for the first time in years. Along with my children…came the grandkids. We all celebrated last night in a restaurant. Food, laughter and lots of love were the birthday theme. Of course the cameras were very busy.

  3. Congrats to the winners of those great stamp & die sets! One memorable birthday was when my hubby arranged for a singing telegram for me at work. I was shocked & embarrassed, but it was a lot of fun!

  4. What wonderful and colorful cards! Great timing too as it seems to be birthday season, so there is a card frenzy right now. I think the most special birthday I ever had was my sons 3rd birthday, because my dad came after he had disowned me for getting pregnant. He held him for so long. I didn’t think he would ever let him go. Some times you just need time to fix things.

  5. One memorable birthday was my 16th birthday. Back in the day – that was a big thing. You got a corsage, got all dressed up, some friends went with you and your parents to a nice restaurant to celebrate, and you were the queen of the party. that’s been a long time ago but I still remember
it so well. Loved the projects by the DT. they are always darling.
    thanks for sharing.

  6. My most memorable was my 7th birthday because a friend of the family did a surprise party for me!! Boy, was I surprised! Because I loved that wonderful feeling I have since done surpirse parties for my children and friends as well. I told one adult that he was invited to my child’s birthday, and when he arrived, all of his workmates, and friends surprised him because it really was for him. It took him a full 15 minutes to process why they had come for my child’s birthday!! Saying “surprise” wasn’t enough. Turns out, he had NEVER had a birthday party EVER and he was overwhelmed with everyone’s outpouring of love and support. Now that may be my most happy moment at someone else’s party!!

  8. My birthday usually isn’t that great, just because on Dec.31, everyone around the world celebrated the new year. Everywhere I go, it’s crowded and expensive! lol… so I don’t have many memorable ones but on my last year in college, I had a chance to go to Key west through Church program. That was the first time I spent WARM birthday and Christmas vacation. Never forget it. .. now I live on tropical island, so Dec.31 is always warm. lol…

  9. I love birthday cards. We don’t exchange gifts in our family. We go all in for the cards. I love when y’all come out with new stamps. Especially House Mouse!
