Keeping Cool – and a Winner!

Keep Cool Banner Art

We’re Keeping Cool this week on the Stampendous Blog, which is nice, because even here in temperate Anaheim, California, it is NOT cool. Hopefully our inspirations will help you stay cool this week. Comment on our blogs this week, and tell us what the weather is doing in your neck of the woods. One commenter will win a Cling Rubber Dessert Dive stamp and get to cool off with our favorite mice!

We’ve got some teammates sharing today with their ideas about keeping cool.

  1. Today the weather is fantastic. It’s been hot and humid but a cool
front came in yesterday and it’s cooler and no humidity. Opened
the windows to get some fresh air in – my kind of weather.
    thanks.

    • Now THAT sounds refreshing! We are close enough to the ocean that we get a nice morning marine layer, and sometimes a bit of breeze, but we’re far enough away that we still get the heat.

  2. Congrats to D.Ann C. Our weather was hot and humid in the 90’s last week. This week it is much more comfortable in the 70’s and low 80’s.

  3. I recently moved from Central Florida where it is hot and muggy to Georgia. Now I have hot and lots of gnats. We spend the mornings and evenings outside. The middle of the day is spent in AC in the house. I really hate my electric bill during these months. But when it is still in the 90’s at night time, you have to have your AC on!!

  4. Here in Lexington, KY, it’s a beautiful, sunny summer day! I love the heat of the summer, although my hair doesn’t;) This stamp set is sure to cool things off!
