Do you love to stamp for the little ones in your life? Making cards for kids is so fun and so rewarding, they’re always thrilled with a handmade card.
Children in hospitals for long stays don’t always have someone who can make a handmade card for them, that’s where this wonderful charity steps in to help out.
Send a Smile 4 Kids is a volunteer organization made up of folks at children’s hospitals who collect handmade cards and distribute them to the kids. Every kid stuck in a hospital bed could use a smile, right?. Maybe you have some extra cards lying around that you could send?
The current challenge is Animals 4 Kids and Stampendous is a proud sponsor of their Challenge Blog as well. You can find out more here as well as upcoming themes on their blog sidebar.
Check out their web page here and their card guidelines here to make sure that you’re not sending something that won’t work for them.
Then choose a volunteer in your area from their list here and Send a Smile 4 Kids.
We asked our design team to take the challenge and here are some cards our Design Team has made to share a smile with a child! Some posts will be published at different times so be sure to stop by later if they are not available right away.

Just the kind of thing I love to do. I’ve been making lots of animal cards lately so I can do this.
