The National Art Materials Trade Association Show was last week in Pittsburgh, and this year they invited the manufacturers from the Craft And Hobby Association to have booths there as well. We hope this is going to lead to more and more collaboration between traditional art materials suppliers and craft materials suppliers. You have loved the collaborations we’ve done with folks like DecoArt, Faber-Castell, Tombow, STAEDTLER and others. We are excited to keep bringing you ever more uses for your art supplies in your crafting and vice versa!
Stampendous had a booth, and our own Fran Seiford was there demonstrating our Creative Palette and how to use lots of terrific products like Princeton Brushes’ new Catalyst wedges, favorites of Designer Willow Wolfe, to add texture and pattern with DecoArt Acrylic paints on the Creative Palette.
We also had the effervescent and enthusiastic Nathalie Kalbach demonstrating in our booth with her exclusive Stampendous stamps! These stamps have been so fantastically popular ever since we released them in January that we have a very hard time keeping them in stock! No wonder since Nathalie has been all over the world from New York, to Canada, to Malaysia and beyond demonstrating and teaching her fun and funny classes with them! If you’ve never had a chance to take a class with Nathalie, you should definitely check out the schedule on her website. They are fantastic!
We’re excited that CHA and NAMTA have joined forces to help us forge new collaborations in the art materials world. Good things are coming!! Stay Tuned!
