These fantastic backgrounds are so perfectly sized and versatile that you’ll use them over and over again on dozens of projects. • Catherine, we’re so sorry that our translation disappointed you. We use computer machine translation, because human translation is very, very expensive, and we do try to make it as close to the English as we can. In many cases even the English name of our product doesn’t “make sense” as our names are intended to be descriptive of the product’s use to enable our retailers to identify the product by its name. We translate several hundred products a quarter into Spanish and French, and our deadlines are very, very tight. Sometimes we’re not as close to the meaning or idea as we would like. We haven’t yet found someone who wants to help us proof these. If you know a crafter who might want to exchange French proofing for product, we’d be thrilled to work with someone. We can be contacted at submissions@stampendous.com!
