Celebrate It Basic Narrows ribbon
Cut three white panels from cardstock. Randomly stamp confetti in various colors of ink on the left panel. Stamp cake in black ink on the right panel. Stamp 30th in red on the cake. Color cake image with Prisma color pencils. Stamp sentiment and candles in black ink on the bottom panel. Adhere all panels to a 5 ½” x 4 ¼” top folding orange card. Tie ribbon around card.
