Hi there! It’s Tobi here with some gorgeous Stampendous! fall inspiration. I decided to pull out my watercolor mediums in “turned leaves” colors and play with my Cling Leaf Background stamp.
Next, I used the dark brown crayons to outline the big leaves and the reds/oranges to color in the center of the leaves.. This is not an exact science since you can move the colors around with water, so I just wanted to get some colors down.
I used a combination of baby wipes and a wide waterpen to move the colors around. The baby wipe made all of the colours run together, so I added some more highlights/shadow and moved to the waterpen.
Kinda messy, but this is what it looked like after all the colours were blended:
After the paper dried completely I distressed the edges and even gave some of the top a light sanding. I was going for the rustic look!
