December Challenge – Colors

Welcome to Stampendous Saturday’s Challenge Post. Our creative Design Team this month has come up with a fun color challenge for you.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create a project using three of the following colors: pink, brown, gold, or cream. Yes, any shade of those colors works. No, you don’t have to use Stampendous products, but, gosh, we’d sure appreciate it if you did.

To enter your creation into our Challenge it has to be “hosted” somewhere on the internet. This can be on your blog, in a forum gallery like SplitCoast Stampers or Paper Craft Planet, or on a photo sharing site like Flickr or Photobucket.  Any of these places will give you a link that you can copy from your browser address bar and paste into our linky tool. We’d love to see what you can do, but the drawing is random, so don’t feel like you have to be an amazing artist to share with us.

Some quick ideas using these colors have been provided by our fantastic Design Team. First up, Suzanne Czosek provides us a look at one of our favorite cards ever. This fantastic use of our Cling Jumbo Zinnia Stamp is lovely in Pink, Cream, Brown and Gold. Ooh la la.

Our Stampendous Art Director Lisa Hindsley has created this fantastic pink, cream and gold creation to showcase our stunning Chandelier stamp. We have the chandelier available in wood or cling mounted styles, as well as in a Perfectly Clear Stamp set.  Lisa used our new Aged Gold Embossing Powder for that fantastic look!

Finally, our own Lynn Mercurio warms up for Valentines day with our fantastic new Perfectly Clear Stamp Set Cherub Wishes and a Pink, Cream and Brown beauty.

We hope this color scheme inspires you and maybe gives you a little break from the holidays. Of course if you still have cards to make, we’re looking forward to seeing your Pink, Brown, Cream and Gold Christmas cards as well. Remember you only need to use 3 of the four colors.  Show us what you’ve got!
