Every once in a while it is good thing to let your dear friends know how much you appreciate them. A homemade card can speak volumes. Here is a heartfelt homemade card that was totally inspired by the striking color of Stampendous TP114 Blue Tinsel Embossing Powder. I could sit and stare into this color all day, it is so bright, sparkly, and beautiful!
